I will answer your questions and listen as you share your goals, concerns, and objectives.
We will map out your options, including the benefits and drawbacks of a Will versus a Trust, so you can make educated, informed decisions about what is best for your family.
I will explain our process and our flat fee pricing so you know exactly how much your investment will be and what our expected timeline will be.
Then, if we decide we’re a good fit to work together, we will discuss next steps. And if not, that’s fine too!
Either way, you will leave our session clearer than ever before about what you really need (and really do not need!) to protect your family and assets

I am Louyse Siegel, an estate planning attorney licensed in the State of Texas, mother, military spouse, and breast cancer survivor. My journey has been anything but ordinary, and it has given me a deep understanding of the unique challenges my clients face. Whether it’s the ever-changing course of military life, the legal complexities of protecting LGBTQ+ families, or the uncertainty that comes with life-altering diagnoses, I’m here to help you navigate it all with clarity, confidence, and compassion.
I graduated summa cum laude from St. Mary’s University School of Law while raising my children alongside my amazing husband, who served in the U.S. Marine Corps until his retirement. As a military spouse, I’ve lived the reality of frequent moves, deployments, and legal red tape in multiple states. I bring that knowledge into my practice, helping military families and veterans build estate plans that adapt to their ever-changing lives.
While in law school, I faced one of the toughest battles of my life—breast cancer. That experience changed my perspective on everything. I know what it’s like to face uncertainty head-on, and I understand the peace of mind that comes from having a plan in place. That’s why I do what I do—to help families protect what matters most, no matter what life throws their way.
When I am not helping clients prepare for their future, my family and I are chasing the wind and waves. Sailing is our passion, and we spend as much time on the water as possible. And when we’re not at sea, you’ll find us in the mountains, skiing and snowboarding, embracing every adventure that comes our way.
